Shipping Policy
Processing time
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. For tracked shipping methods, you will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
United States
- Free shipping on orders of $80 or more.
- Economy (no tracking): a flat $4.90 rate. Economy orders ship without a tracking number, so we cannot provide tracking updates. If you want tracking, choose one of the USPS options at checkout instead.
- USPS (tracked): orders under $80 can also ship via USPS, with the rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
- Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose and your location.
International
We ship to 27 countries by USPS or DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by country and customs. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.
Local pickup
Local pickup is available in Cayucos, California at 299 Cayucos Drive. Choose “Pickup” at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready.
Wholesale, Agency and Outfitter orders
Wholesale orders over $500 ship freight-free within the United States. Agency and Outfitter program orders ship under the terms agreed with you when your order is placed.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout. If your package is lost, damaged or delayed, contact us and we will help sort it out.
